Mark Brooker, CEO

Mark has always been a pioneer in identifying and solving his customers’ needs. In the 1980s, he owned a technical consulting firm in central Texas and drilled, completed, and produced over 100 oil and gas wells. In 1992, he co-founded OGCI Management, Inc., which later became The Frontline Group, LLC, a worldwide technical and management consulting firm headquartered in Houston, TX. Under his leadership, these organizations have developed and implemented numerous knowledge and process management tools to improve their customers’ bottom lines. Mark holds a BA in Communications from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Chris Roberts, President

Chris’ twenty years in the oil and gas, health care, and aviation industries include a wide range of experience in project management, planning, analysis, and business development with an emphasis in process-driven methodology. His core strengths include strategic and operational planning, knowledge management, risk management, and cost/budget/forecast responsibility as well as business and client development. Chris holds a Finance and Accounting degree from Capital University in Columbus, OH.

Ty Fairbanks, CFO

Ty has over 30 years' experience in the oil and gas industry in executive level management, finance, and accounting. Serving 11 years as Chairman and CEO for an Exchange-listed public oil and gas exploration company, and 6 years prior as President and CFO for the same company, Ty has expertise in M&A, corporate finance, upstream operations, including full-stage exploration, development, exploitation, and divestiture activities. He has created, developed, and led multi-disciplinary management teams for both operated and non-operated assets. Ty has managed, structured, and raised public and private capital and debt for oil and gas projects throughout his entire career. He is Sarbanes-Oxley Board Audit Committee Qualified and joined The Frontline Group in 2006 as an executive-level consultant.


Mark Hackler, VP

Mark’s experience includes almost twenty years in the engineering and energy sectors. Areas of particular interest, education, and research include project management, organizational learning, process improvement, and engineering services. His most recent experience has been focused on project management and organizational learning development efforts within major international energy companies. Mark holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma State University.


Quincy Hodge, VP

Mark’s experience includes almost twenty years in the engineering and energy sectors. Areas of particular interest, education, and research include project management, organizational learning, process improvement, and engineering services. His most recent experience has been focused on project management and organizational learning development efforts within major international energy companies. Mark holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma State University.Quincy has over 27 years of experience in operational risk and safety management systems from the Navy and upstream petroleum industry. He has worked directly with Drilling, Completions, and Interventions teams in multiple companies operating around the globe, developing programs and guides to plan for and prevent major accidents. He served as Project Coordinator for the Deep Water Horizon Response relief well teams and as Project & Risk Management Facilitator for the first Gulf of Mexico post-moratorium deep water exploration well. Following graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1980, Quincy served as a Naval Aviator, Helicopter & Weapons Systems Instructor, and Aviation Safety Programs Officer before culminating his service career in the Pentagon, where he established a new Human Systems Integration Branch.
