Typically, many consulting firms (some of the largest) swoop in, perform an assessment, develop fancy powerpoint slides of changes to be made and then provide a costly invoice. We perform an assessment, then stand alongside the customer and help them implement the changes. We also capture lessons learned and increase the team’s value daily, while charging only a fraction of bigger firms. Heck, many of our consultants came from the ‘big firms.’ Customers have said our cost is only about 10% percent of what they saved by using us… that’s a 900% return!
